“Sippin’ and Learnin’ with Clem” is an evening of coffee tasting and talking about how to make a better cup at home, sponsored by PGH Transplants and Redstart Roasters. During the evening we will be tasting an assortment of unique roasts with Clem — Redstart Roaster’s Director of Keepin’ It Real — who will also demonstrate different brewing methods and how they affect the cup. Afterwards, you’ll receive a bag of coffee to try out your new skills and knowledge at home!
