Notes.—Balanced, sweet and smooth; fruity, chocolate and cocoa flavors.

Origin.—Named after the local tribe, the Adado washing station is in the village of Shara in the Guanga district of the Yirgacheffe region. In these natural process coffees, typically apricots and peaches with supportive citrus and floral higher tones come together in a delightful cup.

Bird.—Orchard Oriole (Icterus spurius). 7¼ inches.
